A Miami native, Kristopher Rodriguez grew up watching the city’s neighborhoods change and developed an early interest in the properties and blocks others overlooked. He brings 15 years of experience in real estate and finance and more than $250 million in transactions to his role as principal, co-founder and managing director of FORDOME. He began his career in commercial banking with Bank of America’s business banking division before becoming lead acquisitions analyst at PIA Residential, where his work spanned financial modeling, underwriting, acquisitions, dispositions and asset management.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and a Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism from the University of Miami through its MRED+U program, spanning UM’s schools of architecture, law and business. Through FORDOME, he pairs that institutional experience with a hands-on approach to acquiring, renovating and managing properties in Miami’s emerging neighborhoods.
